Gala
We are pleased to announce the 7th annual “Dancing with the Doctor’s” Gala will be held on April 25, 2020, at the Twin River Event Center in Lincoln, RI. This premier fundraiser has successfully raised over $560,000 since its inception, with $150,000 being given to Hope Health, after last year’s event. This highly anticipated event is a crowd pleaser with fantastic entertainment, great food, and an open dance floor at the end of the night, for you to show off your own dance moves!
The evening starts with a special cocktail hour at 5PM, where all of the participating doctors mingle with sponsors and guests, while sharing hors d’oeuvres and stories about preparing for the Gala.
The cocktail hour is followed by a fabulous sit down dinner at 6PM, that will be prepared by the chefs at the Twin River Event Center. Around 7 PM the doctors will light up the stage with their electrifying performances, which will be judged by professional dance instructors and a Dancing with the Doctors Alum. These scores will be combined with votes from the crowd for each doctor, to determine who will take home the coveted Mirror Ball Trophy in one of three categories:
• Most Technical • Most Entertaining • People’s Choice
After the competition has concluded, the winners awarded the Mirror Ball Trophies, it’s time for the crowd to join the doctors on the open dance floor until the clock strikes midnight!
The Dancing with the Doctor’s Gala is open to the public, with individual seats or table sponsorships available for purchase.
