I am first generation Cuban-American with my parents having emigrated from Cuba in the early 1960s. My father was a carpenter and my mother a seamstress; they worked unbelievingly hard to support me in all my endeavors. And luckily for me I got my rhythm from my mother!
Born and raised in Florida, New England has been my home for twelve years now. I'm married and have two wonderful teenage stepchildren, and a three your old daughter with my husband Greg.
Two things about me most people don't know: I once spent a week in Brazil with jaguars (yes, the big cats) and I just might know the words to every pop song from the 80s!
